Belle Meade X.O. Cognac Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey

From Tennessee, this blend of 6 to 9 year old bourbons finished in fine champagne XO cognac casks then non-chill filtered. Nose is filled with notes of creme brulee, faint cinnamon, and an oak base. Medium-bodied and soft mouthfeel. Subtle flavor profile with a long finish full of baking spice. An excellent bottle, winner of many awards!
