Champagne Gosset Champagne Extra Brut Celebris
An opulent appearance, bright pale gold with emerald green highlights characteristic of wines with a high proportion of Chardonnay. The bubbles are fine and rise in a thin and persistent ribbon. The nose has ripe aromas of frangipane, Tarte Tatin, honey or salted butter caramel refreshed by aromas of pear, pineapple or citrus fruits such as kaffir lime citron and sweet lime. The palate is open and flawless with salty notes followed by complex aromas reminiscent of pear, grapefruit and yuzu. This wineÕs pure and fresh characteristics make it the perfect accompaniment to food but with patience it will reveal all its complexity and richness.

Founded in AØ in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. It also remains one of the most prestigious, considered by many collectors and connoisseurs as the worldÕs preeminent name in luxury champagne. GossetÕs reputation for excellence starts on the vines. Its champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Unlike most Champagne producers, this illustrious wine house purposely avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuvŽes and large-format bottles by hand. Gosset Champagnes are made with infinite care and kept in deep cellars for at least three years Ð and up to five or more for vintage and prestige cuvŽes Ð before release.
