VINIFICATION: Aged primarily in Kentucky Bourbon with some Sherry Oloroso casks, Head Distiller, Brian Taft has highlighted the characteristics of this flagship expression as being uniquely creamy and fruity, yet spicy and dry. PALATE: Winter spice, redcurrant, and coconut shift elegantly to deeper notes of dark chocolate, almond, and oak. A creamy, full bodied mouthfeel with unexpected depths.
Alcohol: 43.0 %FINISH: Scintillating sweet wine notes, with a slide of dry space that lingers delicately, sublimely on the palate.
