Whiskey Caviar's Green Tea Shots Cocktail

Despite its name, the Green Tea Shot contains no actual green tea—it gets its name from the light green color and smooth taste. This sweet, slightly tart, and refreshing shot is a favorite at bars and parties, made with Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix.

Ingredients (Makes 2 Shots)

• 1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey (or any Irish whiskey)
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1 oz Sour Mix (or equal parts lemon juice & simple syrup)
• Splash of Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite, 7UP, or club soda)
• Ice

Instructions

1. Chill the Glasses

   • If desired, place shot glasses in the freezer for a few minutes.

2. Shake It Up

   • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
   • Add whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix.
   • Shake well for about 10-15 seconds until chilled.

3. Pour & Serve

   • Strain the mixture evenly into two shot glasses.
   • Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda for a slight fizz.

4. Enjoy!

   • Take the shot as is, or sip it slowly!
