Several well-known brands have released honey-infused whiskies, but none have made it the way our Master Distiller Donnis Todd has: transforming used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey. When the cubes had absorbed the honey (an infusion done in part through a patented technique) they were placed into the belly of a stainless steel tank, letting the bourbon soak in those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months.
