Back on Track.

Bookers has been disappointing in recent years. When I was younger my Uncle poured me a glass and I loved it. We enjoyed a bottle every year. Then one year it almost seemed like I was sipping something different. Not great. The price doesn't help the palette either. Nostalgia got the best of me and I began searching my local liquor stores for a bottle without success. I decided to order some online and with low expectations I poured myself a glass of this batch. It was great! Not the best Bookers I've ever had, but a lovely bourbon in it's own right. I will certainly be collecting more Bookers batches if this is a sample of the direction they are headed in. Will be trying 2024-04 next as I heard good things.
