How long does engraving take?
Engraving typically requires 1–5 business days before shipment. Transit time begins once the completed order ships.
Can I engrave a company logo?
Yes. Custom logo engraving is available on eligible bottles. Contact our team with your artwork, bottle preference, and requested quantity for a quote.
Can I see a proof before engraving?
We generally do not provide engraving proofs because digital mockups do not accurately represent the final appearance of engraving directly on glass.
Can every bottle be engraved?
No. Engraving eligibility depends on the bottle shape, label placement, and available glass surface.
Can engraved bottles be returned?
Personalized engraved bottles are final sale, subject to applicable law and our policies for damaged or incorrect items.
