This fine cherry brandy is carefully made from Swiss cherries from the Rigi region, named after the Rigi mountain.
The cherry distillate is first stored in stainless steel tanks for at least 2 years after being expertly distilled and is then aged in oak barrels for another 14-18 months. After completion of the ageing process, the distillate is further refined with our home-made Bonificateur. The fine dosage gives the fruit brandy, together with the wood maturation, the unique intense and smooth aroma and the fine fruity sweetness of the fully ripe Rigi cherry.
