Crème de Cassis de Dijon has been the symbol of tradition and expertise at Maison Boudier for more than 100 years. By rigorously maintaining the strict methods of production, the taste and flavour is now renowned throughout the world. Indeed, only Creme de Cassis de Dijon has to be made from the extract of macerating blackcurrant berries in alcohol without preservatives or coloring, with a limited addition of sugar dissolved directly into the alcoholic juice of the blackcurrant berries at cold temperature.

Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis

I couldn’t get crème de cassis at my local grocery store so searched online and ordered two bottles. Delivery was really fast but they inadvertently sent only one. I emailed them on a weekend, not expecting to hear back til the work week. I got a near immediate response and just the nicest guy. He took care of it immediately. The product is amazing! Highest recommendation for Whiskey Caviar and Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis.

Want a Kir Royale, from Emily in Paris
