Late delivery

Sinatra select

The whiskey is great, very smooth and has a great flavor profile to pair with cigars. My only issue is with UPS, and their delivery service. They said they missed me on delivery when I had family members eligible to sign home waiting. We live in a 3 story house and my mom takes a bit to get down the stairs and my sister was home and didn't hear anything. So the next day I was off and waited for the redelivery that was supposed to come between 1215-415, then by 3 pm....then updated to by 7pm to ultimately being delivered at 545 when before three they were a few houses away on the tracker. I had to cancel my plans, and the plans I had for the bottle because of it. BUT....but, whiskey caviar was absolutely great on their end. I just hope no one else hasn't their plans ruin because of UPS services like I had.
