Dobel Maestro 50 Tequila Extra Anejo Cristalino is aged in American oak and Eastern European oak barrels for more than 3 years. Only the best agaves are included in this edition of the house, and each one has been cared for 6 or 8 years and hand-harvested before the rainy season to preserve the best honeys. In addition, the selection of yeasts that ferment it is meticulous, going through a process of 72 hours, to then be distilled with the traditional method: copper stills.
