Weller Single Barrel: Weller Single Barrel has a nose of cherry and mint, fading to vanilla. Caramel and baking spices with hints of cocoa explode on the palate, with a finish of cinnamon, coffee, and a hint of pepper.
E.H. Taylor Single Barrel: Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. is widely considered one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, fighting for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, nearly three decades after he purchased what is now called Buffalo Trace Distillery. During his time, Taylor implemented several innovative methods still used today, including climate controlled aging warehouses. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is aged exclusively in Warehouse C, which was built by Taylor in 1881 and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake.
Blanton's Straight From The Barrel: Powerful yet compelling alcohol burn on the nose. The palate is mouth coating and complex with notes of rye, caramel, oak, honey and vanilla, followed by a bold finish. This special Blanton's is bottled raw and uncut from the barrel, aged in the same section of Warehouse H as Blanton's Private Reserve was over 50 years ago.
