Tasting Notes: Full of warming spice, vanilla, caramel and chocolate-coated peppermints with aromatic notes of cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather. Rich, golden-amber color. Lingering, rich mouthfeel.
Whiskey Caviar Notes: The nose is rich and warming. Cranberry, cherry, fresh cider with mulling spices, thick caramel sauce, toasted vanilla, cocoa powder, and leather.
The palate shows a touch more brown sugar, honey, and leather on the front, with plenty of dried cherry, s’mores, and baking spices continuing on. Coating and spiced.
The finish is long and trailing with tobacco leaf, baking spices, subtle saturated dark fruits, cocoa powder, honey grahams, and balanced toasted oak.
