This was the first time ordering from them. I did get a phone call from one of the managers saying that one of my items was out of stock. He had no problem issuing a refund. However during our conversation he advise me of some other products and then sent me a quick invoice so I could pay the difference. The items were shipped out immediately. I will definitely order from them again
