Butterfly Gin Mojito Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups butterfly pea flower-infused gin
• ¾ cup fresh lime juice
• ¾ cup simple syrup
• 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
• Ice
• Lime wheels and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a pitcher, gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
2. Add the gin and lime juice, stirring well to combine.
3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over.
   
4. Garnish with lime wheels and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
